Kevin has been in the business over 29 years and has met yet another career goal as an Aveda Color Purefessional. He continues his training with the top Aveda educators, and shares his knowledge with other Aveda salons. Kevin says, "As owner of Pure it is my priority to provide our guests the highest level of service by training our staff and by using the most innovative and naturally-derived products."

Peggy has been in the business 30 years, and her talents at the salon go way beyond hair. Peggy says, "I'm proud to be the co-owner with my husband and hairstylist at Pure. Making people feel good about themselves is what I love to do... and I love where I do it! Being able to create a new look with color or a great cut is so rewarding for me."

Meghann is a 2007 graduate of Capri Institute, and has continued her education with companies including Redken, Paul Mitchell and the Aveda Institute. She has been working in River Vale for most of her career and says, "I have wanted to be in the business ever since I lightened my brothers hair when I was 12! I can't imagine being in any other industry."

Elise is a graduate of Capri Institute where she competed and won 1st place in a Wella Color Competition against other beauty schools in the county. She recently won another prestigious award when her color was featured in a global Aveda Formulation Guide. Her passion is in coloring, especially Balayage, and special occasion make-up. She has built an amazing clientele in a short span of time working at Pure.

Coleen graduated Capri in 2015 and has been a stylist in the area for the past 7 years. A constant student, she is eager to learn more and share her knowledge of Aveda and its commitment to the earth. She specializes in short hair cutting, color, extensions, and special occasion hair styles- where Coleen says she wants you to feel special and look gorgeous for your event.
